In Part 1 he was at sadness how sakra treated sasuke so much better and showed more care for him and to even say she loves him. The beach on the background also holds significance:

Uchihas and Sharingan are all connected with Shintoism, similiar to how the Hyuga & Byakugan are tied with Taoism & the Rinnegan with Buddism. More than once, Sasuke been connected with one of the gods in there, Ninigi. In the legend, Ninigi finds the goddess of the cherry blossoms on a beach and falls in love with her.
