Nah knowing Naruto he wouldn't give a fu*ck about paperwork. He cares about protecting his village. I just hope he gives the paperwork to Shikadai. Also who gives a damn if the paperwork doesn't get stamped. It is not like they can eat the Hokage's head off. He will do minimal paperwork and try to spend more time with his family.
