It was stated clearly in the image that Kyubii chakra acting like poison, it does closes wound many times before too, but the after effects just like a few chapter before, his body being heavily burned and it wasnt fully healed by Sakura.

So it all come down to Naruto "chakra" as it was stated by Yamato.

Firstly obito is kinda of a waste ninja since he cant control having two rinnegan. Obito is two overrated as an uchiha. He really cant do anything for himself.
That being said.....

I would put naruto above karin but below nagato for this simple reason.

I think any rinnegan user would rape and should be able to also control Kurama
