Naruto's generation

So I've bin watching some older episode from part 1 and I noticed. Besides Naruto and Sasuke no one else has any affinity for Earth, Wind, Fire, Water or Lightning in HIS GENERATION. Everyone else just uses clan traits like Shikamaru shadows or how Shino control bugs but no one ever uses a known jutsu.

They do, it was just never revealed. Everyone has an affinity, if you look at
ninja info cards, you can see everyone's chakra nature.

maybe it is exatly the reason why people like shino and shikamaru dont use any elements...because the have specific clan traits. Its the same with the hyuga clan, I mean the are the best at chakra control so technically it wouldnt be a problem to use elements but the dont because of their very specific way of fighting/batteling such as gentle fist and eight trigams vaccum palm which probaly require a huge amount training.


Or kishi just want to make sasuke and naruto stand out even more. you chooseU_U

yes him and temari, but I dont remember gaara using any specific windjutsus other than combing them with sand.
