Naruto's Full Nine Tails Form

Is there a difference between Bijuu Mode and a Full Nine Tails Transformation? I don't fully understand this Bijuu Mode.... And Naruto's enhanced nine tails chakra mode when he looks more like the sage... do you think that is now what he will look like every time he enters nine tail chakra mode? And was what we saw against the tailed beasts, was that narutos full tailed beast transformation?

Just as a side - I think this is how it goes between Naruto and Sasuke

Nine Tail Chakra - Curse Mark
Sage Mode - Sharingan
Nine Tailed Chakra Mode - MS (Sussano)
Enchanced Nine Tailed Chakra Mode & Bijuu Mode - EMS (Sussano)
Full Nine Tailed Tranformation - Rinnegan (What if?)

By sage mode I mean like his physical abilities, coordination, and pretty much taijutsu is increased and how he has reflexes and how he can react, how the sharingan can read through reflexes and all that and copy jutsu, and cast genjutsu. they both have their own unique advantage

^ This. And I think Sasuke is somehow going to get the Rinnegan. It would make sense to give Sasuke the Rinnegan to level him with Naruto now but how is he going to obtain it?.
