What if the Juubi gains a consciousness and doesn't let Madara control him and actually develops a humanoid body(same as DBZ Cell) and tries to kill and every Ninja and regains his chakraO_O, or scratch that it's going to be Madara

I think madara might be able to control it, honestly. The guy is on a complete different lvl than obito, both power wise and mind wise. He's not like obito that needs to think of rin to withstand everything.
But if madara starts to think about izuna, than we're done. He will be TNN'd, we won't see a good fight, same old...

If Madara is the end-all of the Manga then there would be no reason in introducing this plot point.
