Naruto's final power up?

For naruto to surpass hashirama, he has to get a power up that is not bijuu based. Hashirama is the worst possible match up for a bijuu or a jinchuuriki as most of his techs are specially made for handling and taming bijuu's.

Which leads me to believe that naruto's final power up will not be bijuu based leaving a possibility of him gaining the rinnegan through the interaction of the sage of six paths or gains the sage's weapons and learns his techs.

IMO, that is when he will surpass hashirama and be able to beat him in a 1v1.

You know what the biggest problem with the "Naruto should get Rinnegan" theories is? There are already 2 Rinnegan users on the battlefield, and they don't do jack shit with the eyes. What really would Naruto have to gain at this point from unlocking the Rinnegan? Kishi wouldn't have him do anything with the eyes, and even if he did, Kishi would have to make Madara counter. And being far more experienced with the Rinnegan, Madara would still overpower Naruto (in an eye battle).

Naruto should surpass hashirama not as a jinchuuriki....but i don't want rinnegan either....i don't want the so6p to even appear in the manga...his face is unknown and should remain unknown to me...giving naruto the rinnegan would be too much of a power up...i would rather have sasuke with a rinnegan...before the final battle between naruto and sasuke, sasuke should get the rinneganwith orochimaru's help...but the winner would still be naruto...

He will be an ascended sage. right now he only has sage mode. i believe he can actually be a sage. the rinnegan in the eye version of the sage's power so there has to be a bodily power inherited by the sage. naruto will gain that power along with flying thunder god

I think Rinnegan Naruto is a stupid idea IMO. I hope it doesn't happen .

I hope he doesn't get any more power ups this war , he might get something after it , but he can still learn FTG, space time barrier , Uzumaki seals etc .........he just needs more arsenal .

This is a very interesting point. What if naruto actually becomes a full sage similar to the sage of six paths.

There is no where in the Manga that states that Madara have used all the techniques of the Rinnegan and we still don't know if he knows how to use all of it and that goes for Obito too... That being said, Naruto is the only person that have faced and defeated the Rinnegan twice.
So in my opinion, Naruto probably knows more about the Rinnegan than Madara and Obito...

well having so much power doesn't necessarily mean you need a rival.

Naruto will ascend to the level of the sage of six paths and then truly bring upon peace.

It will happen because Tobirama said so.. But seriously, He and Sasuke can't touch Obito right now so it only makes sense that they need more powerups. Not to mention if Madara ends up being the final Villain.
