Yin chakra is unrealistic, the chakra would just manifest and run around until someone seals it into someone and creates another Sora.

I can see all three.

The yin chakra would be the most immediate of the power ups. He will get it to defeat Obito and Madara.

During his fight with Sasuke he will unlock/control sage-bijuu mode.

And at the end of the series he will become the perfect jinchuuriki of the juubi.

I say all 3 at the same time,thus making Naruto the New SO6P.

yin chakra will make him weaker,since his bijuu mode will become like bee,where he can get hurt when his bijuu gets hurt,current BM is better.
other tailed beast chakra will play a role in defeating the juubi only:i believe somehow using that chakra he will split the juubi back into bijuus once it reaches the final stage,then that chakra will dissapear.
SM+BM:really hard to obtain,since he needs to balance all of kurama's chakra(which is a lot)with an enourmous amount of natural energy,that means he will have to stay still for a lots of time,which is not really practical for battle.

It is practical for a clone though and we know how Naruto loves his clones...

I wanna say SM+BM but that really puts him at the same level as the Juubi so no need for anyone to help him fight after that point. I like the idea of chakra from all the other tailed beasts better since it was stated he will utilize them better than the Rikudo Sage.
