when the hokage died he sealed half of the kyuubi in him self and his soul went too the reaper.

so if kabuto found minatos body and used the soul of the 9tails that was sealed in it, then he could control minatos body.

The person using the death reaper seal and the person, creature sealed will fight for an eternity in the death god's stomach, so no, that half of the kyuubi is also sealed withing the death god.
So there is no way to summon minato or use his body with edo tensei... you could use his body the way nagato did i guess, but i don't think it is in a pretty good condition.

Not possible! The kyuubiwas in no way sealed inside minato, however, half the of the kyuubi's chakra (not soul) was sealed inside minato.

As for getting minatos body, summoning him wont work as orochimaru tried when he fought the third but he could not because of the dead reaper seal.

Well kabuto said he can't summon the 4th. But at the same time I just know Madara is gonna somehow get his hands on the other half of the nine tails chakra in order to summon the final boss without killing Naruto.
