(Hello all, I decided that I was gonna write the next chapter of Naruto eyes before going to continue Chronicle of Zenkutsu)
Chapter 5: Summit-Destiny of The Sage's Legacy
"Naruto Boy, are you okay? You havn't said anything in days. Ma and I are worried," the voice of the frog sage Fukusaku said. My eyes were closed as I sat on the stone platform high above the ground. I was in perfect balence. I was perfectly still. I felt the nature energy flowing through me. But now I could see it too. Even though my eyes were closed, bands of color passed my eyes as I meditated.
"NARUTO CHAN!" Lord Fukusaku screamed. Without losing my balance, I slowely opened my eyes and looked at him with my transplanted eyes.
"Sorry Lord Fukusaku, I'm just thinking about things,"
"What of?"
"About Sasuke,"
"The one the elder sage mentioned had power in his eyes?"
"I beat him and brought him home, but when I talked to him he still rejected me. He said I was just power hungry, but I don't understand."
"It all depends on what you want power for. If you want power just for power's sake, then you are power hungry. But if you wish to defend others, wish to help others with your power, then you are not power hungry," Lord Fukusaku responded. I simply knodded and closed my eyes again.
"Hey Naruto Chan, doesn't your village have some peace conference to worry about today?"
"No, not for a few months," I responded, not opening my eyes.
"Naruto chan, you have been here for two months," He replied with a hint of frustration in his voice. Surprised, I stood and jumped off the tablet as it fell to the ground.
"I need to go! I can't be late. See Ya!" I said as I grabbed the cloak Lady Shima made for me. It was just like the one I wore when I fought pain. I jumped into the well and began swimming to Konoha.

I ran toward the Chunin exam stadium. It was the only place that could hold the conference. Shinobi from the 5 great nations, as well as the land of Iron, Amegakure, and many other Shinobi nations would be there. Also, it was the only place that could safely hold the Gedo Mazo. Even as far away as I was, it's head was clearly visible over the walls of the stadium. I ran in through the door.
The kage and other world leaders sat at a round table at the base of the statue. The head Samurai Mifune stoop in a podium in the middle. I could see Granny Tsunade, A, and Konan from where I stood. A line of Anbu from all 5 shinobi nations kept me from getting close, but I could still see and hear clearly.
"HEY NINE TAILS BRAT! GET OVER HERE! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU!" the obvious voice of the Raikage thundered over the entire stadium. It was then that I realized Bee was also sitting at the round table next to A, and a chair was open between Lady Tsunade and Konan. I walked over and sat in my designated seat.
"Thank you for joining us Jinchuriki of Konohagakure," Mifune spoke in a calm yet firm manor, "Now that all of the members are present we can begin to determine how the tailed beasts will be distributed." I was rather shocked to hear this. It had never occured to me what would happen to the rest of the tailed beasts. Mifune continued to speak,"Obviously Naruto of Konoha and Bee of Kumogakure shall keep their tailed beasts, the 9 tailed fox and the 8 tailed ox respectivly. Also the current Kazekage, Garra, will have the 1 tailed Shukakku returned to him since he survived his purging. The problem at hand is the destiny of the other 6."
"All I know is two things: The two tailed cat will be returned to Kumogakure as it was in the possesion of the loyal shinobi Yugito Nii, and that Amegakure should recieve no tailed beasts as it's head is a former Akatsuki." A said before pounding his fist on the table.
"Hmph, I recal when the 8 tails was captured you planned to upturn the entire world to find it, but when the two tails was captured, Kumogakure didn't do so much as flinch," Said Onoki who sat a few chairs down from A.
The Raikage stood and screemed, "YOU KNOW NOTHING OF KUMOGAKURE YOU FENCE SITTER, IF YOU PLAN TO CRITICIZE ME, THEN LOOK AT YOURSELF! YOU LOST BOTH THE 5 TAILS AND THE 4 TAILS AND YOU DIDN'T DO SQUAT! YOU PRACTICALLY GAVE THE AKATSUKI THE 5 TAILS!"
"Gentlemen calm down. You both have your points, the Tsuchikage is accurated that Kumogakure took little discernable action towards the loss of the two tails, but the Raikage is accurate in stating that Iwagakure lost two tailed beast with no military action, even handing over one of them to the enemy. How can we give a nation a tailed beast if we cannot trust them to keep them out of the hands of evil." Mifune spoke, silencing A.
"I have no intention of recieving a tailed beast for Amegakure. I understand that you may still distrust me, but Amegakure has no further ties to the scemes of Tobi. Amegakure wishes to pursue peace and form a military alliance with Konohagakure for the purpose of world wide defense, in the event of another war," Konan announced.
"I do not believe we should give any more tailed beasts to Kumogakure or Konohagakure, do to the fact that they are the strongest of the 5 great Ninja villages and already posses the strongest tailed beasts. If we wish to obtain global equality we must evenly distribute power," said Mei.
"A lot of talk considering that Kirigakure itself once had 2," Oonoki argued.
"If you recal, only 3 out of the 5 ninja villages possesed the military might of 2 tailed beasts. Konohagakure and Sunagakure only had one each, with the remaining tailed beast living in Takigakure, the hidden waterfall," Garra returned.
The leader of Takigakure spoke up, "How can we little villages be able to defend ourselves if only the 5 great villages have tailed beasts. I say that a village should only be able to have 1 tailed beast each. It makes it more fair."
"An excellent point by Shibuki of Takigakure. We should strive for a more even distribution of power." Mifune replied.
It was at this point that I couldn't stand it anymore. "First of all, stop calling them 3 tails, 4 tails, 9 tails or whatever," everybody turned as I called out, "They have names and personalities, Shukakku, Matatabi,Isobu,Son Goku, Kokou, Saiken, Chomei, Gyuki, and Kurama. Secondly, have you ever considered their opinions. They don't simply want to be weapons of mass destruction. They don't want to be treated like monsters."
"How else would we be able to control them. They are animals, they destroy. We cannot risk our safty for their wants. We have to consider the needs of the world before the needs of the tailed beasts," Mifune responded.
"He may have a point, also Jinchuriki are often victims of constant torture by fellow shinobi," Garra replied.
"What of the abuse of tailed beasts, Kirigakure still feels the scars left by Yagura and the 3 tai- I mean Isobu."
"Naruto, we can not just let tailed beasts go wild. Letting them go wild only makes it easier for those like Tobi to get a hold of them,"
I couldn't respond. I simply sat down, defeated.
They continued to argue, but suddenly a piercing sound thundered all over Konoha.
"That's the alarm at the volcano prison!" Tsunade screamed.
"Sasuke!" I whispered as I ran out and toward the prison. I ran with all my might. I activated my stored sage chakra as the area around my eyes turned orange. As I was running, I heard somebody whistle. I turned toward where the sound came from, the Hokage faces. On top of the head of the third stood Sasuke. A man with orange hair stood at his side along with a man with white hair, to his other side was the red haired girl I saved from Sasuke, and by her was Zetsu wearing his akatsuki cloak and both halves were present.
"Goodbye, idiot," Sasuke said as all 5 of them disipeared in a flicker of flames. I fell to my knees.
"Sasuke..."
