Theoretically speaking, Naruto has eyes that are superior to the abilities of the Sharingan. Now before I begin to explain the reasoning behind this, I will like to state that this is not comparing Naruto's Eyes to the (Eternal) Mangakyou Sharingan and its abilities but put simply, the abilities that the original two/three tomtoe Sharingan give.

Explanation:
We all know that Naruto is easily one of the fastest, if not the fastest ninja ever. His speed has been noted to have been faster than Minato's Flying Thunder God technique which has been described to move Minato from one location to another, in the blink of an eye which is almost instantaneous.
Because the Flying Thunder God technique can move a person a great distance instantaneously, then we can come to the conclusion that Minato's technique is as fast as light.
Now, the speed of light is estimated to be about 299 792 458 meters per second. Now remember how Naruto has been stated to have been as fast as, if not faster than Minato? That means that Naruto has to be travelling at the speed of light as nothing is faster than light (no not neutrinos either).
According to E=MC^2, time is all relative. For example let's say that you and your best friend are together. Your best friend is sitting on a stool eating an apple for a minute while you're touching a hot cooker for a minute. Which will seem to go on for longer? Yes the second one; you touching a hot cooker. Now that you got that in your mind, I will go a bit a more into the science of this - time will 'appear' to go faster for the observer.
Now lets say there are two people standing beside each other. One has the Sharingan, one has normal eyes. Naruto is running in large circles beside them. A missile is coming straight at them.
Because Naruto is moving at the speed of light, the missile will appear to come slower than it does to his Sharingan, and Normal Eyed counter part - this gives Naruto the time to see the missile with better clarity and time to react. The Sharingan bearer will see the missile with less clarity as Naruto receives the tunnel effect and less time to move. The Normal Eyed person won't see the missile until it is too late.
Conclusion:
To sum it all up, this means that Naruto has more versitile eyes that have a higher level of clarity and perception.

I hope you enjoy and I do understand that this is Naruto; where ninja with no brains have a 5 in intelligence, where people can spit fire, where people could teleport and more, but this is a more scientific look at the series - Kishimoto did one as well with how the Sharingan awakens.
