U guys remember when he did show us his epic face in front of Madara " Its not working "....... That was just a happy face, cuz he knew his dad was coming so he was a bit prepared.

He was glad when he sensed Minato and that's the reason why he looks so epic on that moment.
We thought WTF? Did Naruto changed so much after kcm mode......
But now i know Naruto did on a purpose.

no that was because he wanted to know if he was on time and everyone was save

Well on SM, Naruto could sense and discriminate every bodies chakra (on Pain arc he could tell Kakashi was dead cause he didn't sense him) and on KM he could discriminate the hostility on others chakra so it's not very weird that he could sense his father.Madara sensed Hashirama's chakra too.

did naruto sense sasuke also?

Very likely,since he is familiar with his chakra.
