I dont know where you are coming out with this about Naruto having new jutsus. Its just another big rasengan, it might be like the one he made against Pain when he fought him. The rasenshirunken might be the same except its zoomed in so it looks the same but its the same concept. Different sites have different translations for the manga so it might be the same giant rasengan he used against Pain except its translated differently.

Yeah. At first I was watching the Kyuubi get it's ass beat, and was like why the hell is Naruto bothering to control this guy if he's SLAMMING it to the ground. Then I realized, technically the Kyuubi hasn't broken free yet. He just took a FRS and got back up from it aggravated, and it's not even full power.

I'm sure Naruto can actually do these moves at the cost of more Sage Chakra.

lol i know! i laughed so hard both when the Kyuubi got slammed and when he got "shaved" by rasenshuriken (mega mode?). Over all i think it was the best chapter we've had in awhile >w< cant wait till next week.....i hope kyuubi gets freaken owned,he deserves it.

Those attacks weren't new and he could do it outside him mind that is the real power of sage mode. That rasengan was a tad bigger than the one he used on the pain summing, and that was actually what the FRS could actually do that damage

Seem like the kyuubi isn't fighting with his actual almost infinite chakra reserve. Because he would have just blasted Naruto away with just chakra, it seems like a physical fight to me with jutsu included seeing as the kyuubi doesn't have any real jutsu than just that chakra blast.

it was a close up of the rasengan on chap 497 the next page show the actual size of the attack and it maybe a tad bigger but not out of the realm of actuality for Naruto to do it in the real world

now look at his body, the rasengan is not that big, but now look at the "new" rasengan, its 2 times bigger, all you have to do is to look how small his body is near that thing.

The rasengan is bigger than the one he used against pain summons. Compare rasengan's size and Naruto's size, its just that he added more chakra. But FRS is the same. That's how i see it.

I never said it was the same size I said it was bigger but not out of the reality of him using it out side of his mind

The wind rasengan is the same as one pain used against pain. But note he used just one clone to add the wind chakra. He also did that massive rasengan by himself just like jiraiya did against pain. But let's not take this out of portortion, it's not like the fox was chopped in half when he got hit by the wind rasengan. And he did get up rather quickly, unlike kakuza he was fully severed on the microlevel. The fox still very badass, and tells us why he's the best of the best tailed beast.

It seems with the fox now not a part of naruto during this fight allows naruto to control his chakra far better. I talked about this in one my threads here,"naruto's relationship with the nine tails" if ur instrested.

Also judging by how things are developing, it wouldn't suprise me if naruto could do the wind rasengan in one hand after he steals the fox's chakra. Also with all extra chakra he would get from the fox he would then be able to add wind chakra to that massive rasengan he formed this chapter. Can you imagine a wind rasngen of that size. Forget sasuke, sussano kishi is preparing Naruto to battle Madara and the other 7 tailed beast he has.

good point about being able touch the fox.

Three things comes to mind that could explain this..
1. They fighting in naruto's mind. Things like physical dmg may affect naruto differntly in this new mind battle arena kishi has shown us in recent chapters.

2. As noted by Yamato during confession of hurting sakura, he noted naruto's mysteryous abilty to endure the fox's chakra. There may be other reasons why the his dad sealed the fox in naruto. Maybe it has something to with his mother or her clan.

3. Maybe sage mode is preventing any physical dmg like burns from the fox's chakra when comes in contact with the fox.

We may learn more about why the forth choose his son other than fathers love. His mothers apperance in this chapter really makes things intresting.
