I know people have already made threads about this i just wanted to give my take on his design. Personally it did throw me off, mostly the hair, but when i think about it, its actually good. He has a clean cut and i dig tht more than his hair looking like Minato's. Naruto has the grown man look, long hair wouldve made him look like a girl just like his dad as a kid. And not everybody can pull off the long hair look, Naruto is one of those people. This look says that he's "Hokage Ready" like Kishi said, he has the fearless look, he got his weight up being more built than before, and it makes sense. I think he took tht road with all of the guys with the exception of sauce and sai, which would explain gaaras new hair.
