Sasuke can see chakra and anticipate most of her movements especially with this upgraded Sharinnegan too if that would be exactly the case. And there is a great possibility Sasuke wouldn't be so stupid as to attack her from behind with knowing she has a Byakugan, he might know the secret spot of Byakugan. She can sense and see chakra because of the Holy Tree and her Byakugan ,thats a given but at least a common logic is that
"charged attack > quick non charged attack" especially considering her anger towards Naruto/Hagormo flashback
