Naruto's death has been foreshadowed

In this chapter orochimaru talks about how you either change who you are or die. I believe this goes beyond his reference to Sasuke and jiyaiya. It could be foreshadowing by kishimoto that naruto, who hasn't changed himself or his ideal since the beginning, will die a savior and martyr like jiraiya and his father and mother minato and kushina.

Furthermore, as these two images above show itachi says anybody who tries to shoulder things alone will fail. Naruto is determined to shoulder sasuke's an the uchihas hatred himself. Its been foreshadowed he'll fail by the wise weasel itachi. Also naruto already has the villagers acknowledgement. He doesn't need the hokage title to accomplish his mission. In the end his final job is too stop Obito and madara. After that he'll be the savior of the world and if Sasuke turns evil again then Naruto will die and the village will kill Sasuke. Or if Sasuke stays good after the war is over Naruto will accomplish his destiny as savior of this world and where his ideals haven't changed he'll have no plot relevance but his legacy will and a legacy is always better when the person is dead.

Its my prediction that because of the recent chapters and subtle hints that naruto will defeat Obito and madara an save the world but then something will happen and Naruto will sacrifice himself to save Sasuke or the alliance. The. Sasuke will be hokage an Naruto will be remembered for the savior he is.

Naruto learned to stop shouldering the burden by himself already, that was the point of Itachi's speech or he would end up as bad as Obito, that was foreshadowing of the similarities between Obito and Naruto, not that Naruto would fall.

The purpose of the Savior is to bring peace to the world not just save it. So if Naruto dies defeating Obito and Madara then the prophecy remains unfulfilled, plus he has to guide the Tailed Beasts down the right path.

And no Naruto hasn't fulfilled his dream, he wants to suprass the previous Hokages, and he wants to be Hokage so he can protect his friends, he hasn't accomplished either yet.

Taking all this into consideration, it is very unlikely that Naruto will die in the end.

Kakashi said Naruto and Sasuke's lifes are so much like Hashirama and Madara's.. which kinda foreshadow's Naruto as the victor in the final battle.

i would like naruto to die in the end, i'm passimist, i like bad endings lol. anything else just seem unrealistic and anti climactic.

Have you read many Shounen, they generally have happy and feel good endings, where the hero wins in the end.

yeah i know, thats why i usually don't like shounen. to tell you the truth i don't really like manga or the japanese culture at all (shocker, what am i doing here?). but naruto is something diffrent.

i mean think about it. at the end of part 1 with the battle of naruto and sasuke at the valley of the end, naruto failed his mission to bring sasuke back. yeah sure naruto was still alive but in the end he LOST the final battle. he FAILED at his last mission. it was an open ending but nonetheless it was an ending where the hero FAILED. thats something that happens very rarely and put naruto aside not only for manga and anime but for any type of story.

there are thousends of stories with good endings, if the characters will always succeed it makes it unrealistic. the possibility of failure makes the characters more vulnerable and alive. which ultimatly makes their accomplishments much more noteworthy.
