So besides the artwork in the new chapters being oogly, I took a special notice to how senile and ready-to-drop dead Naruto looks. Also, being that he is absent in the new chapters I guess they don't want to explicitly say he has passed on and leave it open for maybe some future monologue regarding Boruto experiencing the effects of his fathers death. This heavily reminds me on how Toriyama tried to replace Goku with Gohan in the past before being put off by fans. I believe Kishimoto is trying to finalize Naruto's death without being persuaded by the fans so he is doing it this way.

I know this manga is about the next generation and obviously Naruto cannot live forever .. But seriously I feel that after investing so much time in the Naruto series and basically just wanting Naruto to live and fulfil his dreams .. For him to be killed off by someone else despite all that he overcame and how OP he became just frustrates me.

Basically all his accomplishments he made become void if the world decends into chaos again and someone stronger comes along (which seems crazy given all the god like villains Naruto managed to defeat- like who could be stronger?). I know the series always placed a big emphasis on how the future generation will always surpass the past generations, but seriously couldn't Naruto get his happy ending?

I know it's pure speculation as to whether he has died, but if he dies young leaving his kids fatherless he's basically leaving his kids with a similar life he had. And also, his life as hokage keeps being portrayed as it not being so great as he thought it would. So to sum it up all those achievements Naruto accomplished lead him to being a crappy father who ends up dying young so his kids grow up orphans (assuming Hinata is also dead which is another popular theory) giving them the same life he had and the dream he so desperately wanted wasn't so great in the end and he wasn't able to save the village. Tbh after following the story for so many years I wish they ended it at Naruto being a good dad who loved his job as hokage and with world peace (wishful thinking) or I least hope Boruto doesn't make Naruto look like some big fodder joke and I REALLY hope it's going to have a unique story line and not regurgitate similar storylines again.
