Naruto's dad was a Hero, a protector, a person who knows what care and family protection is.

Sasuke's dad was ... traitor for his village, a guy who forced his own Splendid (Itachi) son to go against the village he served, a revolter and a person without control over his own clan.


They both were moralists, they both were Alpha Males, they both were loving with their family.

Fugaku wanted for his family and clanmates to have a better life. After the Kyuubi attacked the village, people accused the Uchiha orchestrating the attack. Fugaku didn't wish for blood to be shed, he wanted to resolve things peacefully but of course Hiruzen got corrupted by Danzo.

That's my point. Everyone has their own view on what should be the reason to neg rep another person. For instance, I only neg rep those who create extremely poorly made bait threads, and even that I do very rarely. Perhaps once in a few months, when I'm in a bad mood.

But some people, on the contrary, do it every day for various reasons you may agree or disagree with. Still, I think calling it dictatorship is a huge exaggeration. Reputation here is at this point pretty much meaningless anyway. I couldn't care less even if you -repped me on daily basis :lol Just don't pay it so much attention, bro.

1. Fugaku didn't ask Itachi to do anything other than spy on the higher ups. Minato got to play the part of the hero everybody can't get enough of talking about, but there wasn't a day in his life that he ever had Fugaku's responsibilities or was ever in his position.

2. Fugaku isn't supposed to control his own ppl, because as their leader, he is a representative of their interests.

3. Fugaku was technically a seditionist, not a traitor.
