Naruto's Current Base Strength and Speed

According to the third databook, Naruto's base strength and speed at the beginning of part II were both a 3.5.

But after the databook's release, Naruto has demonstrated very impressive feats in both strength and speed in his base form in the following arcs.

The Invasion of Pain Arc: Naruto shatters stone with his raw strength after he freed himself from the preta path.

The Five Kage Summit Arc: Naruto appears out of nowhere when he saved Sakura from being killed by Sasuke.

Because of these feats wouldn't you agree that Naruto strength and speed are both at least a 4 or a 4.5 right now in his base form?

Naruto's strength came from the senjutsu chakra, but yeah maybe his speed should be a 4, it depends how close to Sakura he was when he caught her. Naruto generally gets most of his power from SM/Kyuubi modes, his base feats would only make him stronger than the Konoha 11 and random fodder, he's generally just got a good balance of speed, strength etc in base form.

I would say his speed and strength are around the same as they are now. He hasn't done much to train his base skills besides ninjutsu, so they probably won't move very much from their current position.
