One Sunday morning, in the Uzumaki-Hyuga household.
Naruto, Hinata, Bolt and Himawari were having a conversation while watching tv.
Bolt: Hey Dad, I was wondering.. Who was your childhood crush?
Himawari: Of course It's mom, brother. Right Dad?
Naruto: Uh.. Um..
Suddenly Salada and her mom came in to visit..
Sakura: Good Morning everyone!
Salada: ..
Sakura: Salada, where's your manner, go greet them!
Salada: Morning.
Hinata: Good morning, Sakura-san, Salada (smiling at them)
Himawari: Hello, aunt Sakura, Salada-neesan!
...
Bolt: So dad, who was it?
Naruto: Well... I'm going to tell you later, we have visitors here. It's rude to ignore them.
Bolt: But Dad!! (pouting)
Sakura: What's wrong with him, Naruto?
Bolt: I was asking Dad who his childhood crush was..
Himawari: I already told you, it's Mom!

*And then suddenly the room felt silent...*

It's not an asspull, we have been showing others the hints, and foreshadowing, but u people denied them and called it fanfic. You are just mad that you didn't have the insight

Actually, you are wrong. Kishi initially wrote with NaruSaku in mind. (Hence all the characters making so many comments on Sakura's changing feelings of Naruto throughout the second part.) Kishi put a poll up to see what pairing the fans wanted and NaruHina won. That's why there where so many mixed signals throughout the ending of the manga.

Personally, I didn't really care, but I had hoped that Naruto would get everything and marry the person he wanted. Plus, NaruHina and SasuSaku really put me off. (not for reasons you may think.) One reason is that SasuSaku was an abusive pair, imo, and it sends a bad message to young girls and boys reading this manga. NaruHina rubbed me the wrong way because Kishi made Hinata stalkerish and creepy, even though she was a nice girl and strong kunoichi, which sends a bad message, as well. I would not be so opposed to NaruHina, if she had been portrayed differently.
