Sasuke's solo glance > Tsukuyomi, whether debatable or not, I give 0 ****s, it's already displayed
higher feats.
Obito controlling a perf jin for years > tsukuyomi's feats.

Scan of Obito failing, Sasuke also never attempted or flat out failed, logically I'd go with the latter
if someone is doing everything in their power to stop a person.

Obito wasn't even trying in that scan, he was looking at the conviction in Naruto's eyes... And you can't even speculate that Obito's genjutsu would fail since he has controlled a PJ before, and the only difference between then and now is that Obito is older and Naruto is the MC

My scan was rather to show what Naruto said to Bee: " If he hits you with Tsukuyomi it's over" but Bee is a perfect Jin so I don't see how this rule wouldnt apply to Naruto as well

Naruto wasn't a perfect Jinchuuriki not was it shown of Bee telling Naruto that the Bijuu can snap you out of genjutsus so that scan doesn't really mean anything since Edo Itachi did use genjutsu on Bee and he broke out of it in seconds.
