well not all are* red haired but a special symbol for them being uzumaki is their red hair but another thing is their strong chakra and life force like Kushina and Karin
also they don't die right after the nine tails extraction from them like Naruto and Kushina.
so Naruto is both clanned.

A trademark doesnot change. In both the scans obito is quoted so one of them has to be wrong. And strong chakra it's not like only father or mother's genes make a child they both contribute So he obviously has his mothers characters.

You do realize that Nagato's mother is from the Uzumaki clan, but not his father right? Yet, you state that he is part of the Uzumaki clan and not Naruto. Your theory is pretty much contradicting itself. It is stated that red-hair is a trait that the Uzumaki clan has, but just because you don't have red-hard doesn't mean you are not part of it. Look at the Uchiha for example, not every single member awakens the sharingan, does that mean that those who don't awaken it are not part of the clan? So the same goes for Naruto, just because he wasn't born with red-hair doesn't mean he is not part of the clan either. He has pretty much inherited more ability from that clan, then what the standard Uzumaki members have shown, not to mention that fact that he was able to attain Ashura's chakra because he is a reincarnation as you stated.

It has been stated already in the manga by many that he's of the Uzumaki clan. Why refute that?

For instance, Nagato's father didn't have red hair yet, he's an Uzumaki.

Naruto is BOTH Uzumaki and Namikaze.

DUH!

For Ashuras transmigrant, it comes from his Uzumaki side.

His speed, probably from his dad, also from kurama.

Uzumakis do have the red hair trademark.

Narutos hair is orange: minato = blonde, kushina = red. Thus his chakra cloak is orange. (Or it cant be yellow since thats DBZ territory)

Uzumaki has a big life force/chakra and specializes in sealing(chakra chains, similar to their relative's hashirama's wood tech)

So since hes mom is an uzumaki, how is it that Narutos clan not be Uzumaki? Like he can choose clans. How is it COMPLETELY wrong?
