If you think in that way maybe it could possible that Sasuke will be the next Hokage. Naruto will revive everyone but he will die. After that, Naruto is the Hero of the story and Sasuke is the next Hokage.

Rikudou was an Uzumaki. After he became the Jinchuriki of the Juubi, he awakened the Rinnegan like how Naruto has whiskers from Kurama, Gaara manipulates sand, Roshi can do lava style, jinchuriki's eye's change into their bijuu's when under influence of their chakra, etc

I don't think he will obtain a purple rinnegan (that is if he is going to get one) like Madara's. Maybe it will be the Sage's original rinnegan. Perhaps a golden one that has different abilities. But I dunno..we'll have to see what Kishi does.

Total speculation from you , there's no proof to that in the manga.

So you're saying Rikudou had an EMS?

Learn how to read ,the Uchiha and Senju are the descendant of his sons whom have half his power each ( elder son = eyes , younger son = body ).
So the Rikudo is an Uchiha and Senju at the same time , Uzumaki are descendant from Senju as well , they are not the Rikudo's clan.

You do have a point there but for some reason i just dont see Sasuke doing that

I've already debunked the Elder-Son Parallel in thread in my sig. Naruto will gain the Rinnegan when the Bijuu's chakra culminates inside of him to form a similar manifestation like what the Juubi did to the Sage (Which let him awaken the Rinnegan).

@Abdaling That would be worse than Naruto gaining the Rinnegan in terms of power scaling to compare to Sasuke. Being the Juubi Jinchuriki basically gives you the abilities of ALL OF THE BIJUU's, and we know current Naruto with just Kurama is top 5. It basically puts him on par with the Sage himself.

It has not been confirmed that he was and uzumaki. Its all speculation at this point. i know naruto is the hero but i dont think its about another sage coming and if it is tgats too predictable and boring and hax. Its about the two sons ( naruto and sasuke) yin and yang power and love coming together to defeat evil and bring peace. The tablet is as foreshadowed the key.
