Will they have the byakugan? We have never seen eyes like their's activate the byakugan, but the Hyuga family have all looked very similar until Naruto's children. Is it a possibility only one child could have it? Even if they don't i bet they will learn air palm, because the chakra infused air palm is pretty op and it would be a waste to not pass that along.. well that and rotation.

Her pupil is obvious unlike any other Hyuga.

Bolt is older than Hima, thus Hima is their 2nd child.

The pupils aren't a complete negation of the possibility of byakugan.

He used them and they went away. Thus he deactivated them once he calmed down. He didn't do anything at that time on purpose, so it is possible to deactivate it, even if he couldn't as an adult.

Going to have to wait till its confirm by having both or one of them being able to activated it. We don't know if both Buruto and Himawari will activated it or just one of them. Clues to look out for to know if they can are practicing Gentile Fist with not just Hinata but Grandfather.
