OT; Great thread man. You know it seems to be on the realm of possibility. Kishimoto is pretty funny at times, but to "forget" to draw their Byakugan's means one of two things:
I. He's planning something
II. Or he is is stupid

Anyway, they were supposed to have it, so your Theory is already right. Let's see if he makes sense of his "Byakugan"
