Naruto's childhood

Will somebody explain to me why Naruto was treated badly by the village when in fact he was actually the son of the 4th, the hero who sealed the kyuubi away?

I mean I know the purpose was to keep Naruto's identity to prevent people like Tobi from coming after him either for being Minato's son or for the Kyuubi.

But how were they to protect Naruto from enemies who want the Kyuubi when even just the whole village know that he is the Jinchuuriki??

IF they really wanted to protect Naruto, shouldnt they have hidden both the fact that he is Minato's son and that he is the Jinchuuriki.

I didnt understand it the first time in the manga, and I couldnt find it anymore. LOL

please enlighten me

3 - Minato wanted Naruto to be treated as a hero, so everyone knew about the fox, besides, whiskers marks are kind of hard to miss on a person's face.

Only people who were around when he was born knew he was the jinchuriki. They werent allowed to talk about it, and they didnt know he was the son of the fourth.

Well, it's just really twisted if you look at it. Part 1 has its own messes anyway regarding the story. They should be glad that they're lucky Naruto grew up to be like that jolly nice loving person, despite all those things the people put up on him that can psychologically scar a child.

First of nobody in the Village knows Naruto is the 4th son because the Kyuubi was sealed in him the night he was born and his father and his mother died the night Naruto was born so there no way to know he was the 4th son except for J-man,the third Hokage, and Tsunade. Second everyone in the Village already knew he was a Jinchuuriki, but there weren't allow to speak about it.
