Naruto's cheek marks-Ridoku sage tools

It's been stated that Naruto has them because he was exposed to Kurama's chakra during Kushina's pregnancy. So, he being a fetus could endure Kurama's chakra and is also somehow related to the so6p (Senju and Uzumaki are distant relatives, and Senju are the progeny of younger son of so6p).
Does this mean that Naruto could use Ridoku sage's tools even without Kurama:shrug:?
