Now I know that he has kyuubi and he is an Uzumaki but chakra is a mixture of physical and mental chakra which means if you are reallu smart and really strong you will have alot of chakra but what bothers me is that naruto isn't THAT strong (physically) and he's not the brightest crayon in the box. So how is his chakra so high.......Plot-no jutsu????

Yea that's basically it, mind + body = chakra is thrown out the window, if you're a Jinchuuriki. They all have massive amounts of chakra; their Bijuu is pure chakra, and it's inside of them.

well i dont really think she has huge chakra since that time with taka and killer bee she made sasuke bite her and she didn't have enough chakra to heal him and juggo even said it kinda

Naruto has Kurama inside him. That's why he has such massive chakra reserves. Plus, he's an Uzumaki. They are known for large amounts of chakra and durable bodies.

we cannot completely say that naruto is not physically strong,he after all learnt frog kumite,a type of thai jutsu...+ naruto is kinda using his brain in battle in the new releases,so i guess strength+mental strength+kyubi chakra gives him the edge..

Not exactly the only thing that is passed down through generations pertaining to chakra is the hue of it, the amounts of chakra that next generation has is sorta random. Also I haven't read anything about the Uzumaki being known for having massive amounts of chakra, only astonishing sealing techniques and longevity(durability). The only clan I know of with that characteristic is the Hyuuga..Kishi didn't try to mind clusterf'ck you're just a bit confused haha

No. minato was not an uzimaki but was still strong and smart. His mother also had lots of life force and chakra which she also passed down to him.
