as we wave seen before his chakra cloak radiates lifeforce (i know its the same).. i believe it might trigger hashirama's cells and make them stronger

Madara can control Hashi's DNA so for Naruto to make them stronger would only give Madara an advantage. lol

Not to mention in order to control Hashi's powers you need a high amount of chakra, Madara now has an infinite source of it.
