ok so when naruto had his yang kurama, when he first got kurama'as separated chakra he was shown to be faster than the 4th raikage is naruto fast 24/7 while in that mode or just for plot here and there?

Well it seems he cant maintain max speed for that long which lead me to believe his mastery over his own speed probably isnt that refined. I mean naruto's bijuu control training was interrupted . So yeah..

Naruto's body flicker has been inconsistent,at times he should be faster than Minato in terms of pure speed but gets caught from time to time.

Naruto's not that fast. V1 Ay casually kept up with him when he was trying to shushin away. When naruto dodged V2 ay, it was pretty much like how sasuke dodged bee/ay or how naruto dodged raikage; Naruto barely moved an inch, if at all, while ay went steaming meters away.
