Naruto's Body Flicker

I know this question may or may not have been asked before, but I just want it to be confirmed.

In chapter 505, Killer Bee said that Naruto in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode used the body flicker against Kisame. If Naruto really did use the body flicker did he use it again when he first entered Bijuu Mode in chapter 571?

In my opinion I think he did, at least in chapter 505 but I just want to be sure that's all.

Lee can't use the Body Flicker, he can't even use ninjutsu to begin with. Besides how was Naruto able to to dodge A's body flicker. Naruto used his own body flicker in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode.
