I just remembered,minato before he turned up at the battlefield he said that he's got a present for naruto but when he arrived he didn't give naruto shit or say happy birthday even obito when he was jubi jink and evil pratically reminded not just naruto but minato that it's his birthday when he mentioned about minato and kushina's death but i guess you can say naruto got an awesome birthday present from a dead guy a.k.a Hagoromo Otsutsuki in the form of half his chakra etc and obito now turned good also gave naruto a present in the form of a portion of the 8 and 1 tails chakra(which were the only pieces of the puzzle naruto needed to gain awesome power) so with this in mind if minato was to give naruto a so called present naruto should tell him to **** his present cause he met the sage and not only that he now has the chakra of all 9 bijuu and even half of the sages power.

I thought he said his birthday was tomorrow. His birth was at night I think so if you want to get technical he still has an entire day give or take until the time of his actual birth. But if it passes midnight of the 9th then it's his birth-day.

I just know that as soon as all the fighting gets resolved the sun will rise and it will be symbolic and emotional and all that jazz.
