This new Naruto would stomp EMS Sasuke. KM Naruto was probably stronger than Sasuke.
In order for Sasuke to challenge Naruto, at the minimum Sasuke is going to have to get the Rinnegan. So the chances of Sasuke getting the Rinnegan are VERY high.
