Another Counter

Naruto jumps into the Juubi's Mouth, use Kage Bunshin and then have the Kage Bunshin use Kage Bunshin. More like 2000 x 2000 = 4 million clones causing the Juubi to explode.

Naruto Shadow Clones can create other Shadow Clones. If you want proof you can read the part where he fought the third Raikage and Edo Madara emerging from his coffin.
