Curious because it was never stated that kiba has low chakra, however sauna did say he has animal like chakra....whatever that means...

OT-Kiba's chakra is lower then naruto's but its about average for most ninja.

Naruto's base chakra reserves are without a doubt full 5/5, other wise he wouldn't be able to do multi shadow clone technique, be a jinchuuriki nor master Sage mode.

Naruto's base chakra is extremely high due to being born in the Uzumaki clan hence Naruto inherited the sage's body with a lot of chakra and strong life force.

Another pointless question, is Tenten's chakra reserves similar to Tsunade's?
