Naruto's Base speed

His base speed is just above average, BM is probably the closest anyone will get to FTG, but FTG will always be faster because teleportation is instantaneous.

It's true Naruto's base speed is no where close to the FTG but it's not even foot speed it's teleportion. You cant be faster than teleportation lol but Naruto's base speed is atleast on Kakashi's level in only part 1 he was able to see and react to Kiba's attacks after eating food pills and in the databook it says his base speed is at 4 so his as fast as Part 1 Lee and the food pills double his speed. Another example of Naruto's speed in base is him blitzing Sasuke and saving Sakura and Sasuke was just a inch away from cutting Sakura.

Know the diffrence between foot speed and instant teleportation. Also accept the fact Minato can't teleport all over the battle field whenever he wants without placing seals 1st.

Naruto's base speed is definitely above the average, it has dramatically improved during the time-skip. Also, his base speed is no where close to that of FTG, nor will ever be.
