In Six Path Sage state, yes. In recent Chapters, he combines both Bijuu Mode and Six Path Sage Mode. Do not confuse Six Path Sage state with "normal" Sage state. Both states are entirely different yet posses the same mechanics.

It would be cool if Naruto could make larger objects out of the TSBs to use with his avatar, though only having 3 left reduces what he can do with them. I still want to see if Naruto can use Nunoboko, then there could be a massive Enton/Raiton sword clash.
