I agree with you 100%. I said so in a few of my posts recently. TNJ is no the answer with Sasuke because he will have a counterpoint to everyone of Naruto's points. Power is the only thing Sasuke respects anymore. Naruto is going to have to show him his power. I don't think that he is going to beat him that bad though because he wants Sasuke to come home. He will not do it to a point that Sasuke loses face or gets angry.

I think Naruto is actually going to hold back and only match him strength for strength. Just enough to show him that he's not going to beat him. That it's going to have to come down to a contest of stamina and will and we know who wins that. Naruto has way more stamina than Sasuke. Not to mention that like Hashi, he self heals.

Then when the talking starts they will find that they both want things to change. Sasuke believes he knows Naruto's ideals but he doesn't know everything he has been through. Naruto wants thing to change every bit as much as Sasuke, just without the killing. Naruto has realized that killing just causes more hatred.

It's possible they will work on these changes together. After Naruto beats Pain and talks to Nagato, the Great Toad Sage says he didn't realize that both of Juraiya's students would start a revolution in the Ninja World. Here is the link:

Nagato is gone so maybe Naruto leads the revolution with Sasuke's help.

TNJ isn't going to work. Because Naruto probably lacks the intellectual capacity to answer Sasuke. Also, Naruto's answer is already pretty clear IMO:

Naruto believes in the current ninja system and the status quo. He sees nothing in the world that needs to change other than war. Naruto is probably too naive and innocent to realize that him being Jinch of all 9 TB may lead the world right back to war.

TL;DR:

Sasuke is probably right Naruto may actually lose this one IMO

Why TNJ fails:

1) This is the final fight
2) Sasuke is convinced he is right
3) Sasuke has not been presented as a villain, but rather as an anti-hero sort of in the vain of Lelouch
4) Sasuke doesn't think Naruto has an answer to the worlds woes.
5) Naruto doesn't have an answer, or at least not one Sasuke agrees with. Nardo wants the TB to stay where they are. All told, I doubt the other Kage are going to be OK with Konohagakure keeping all 9 TB and Rinnegan.

Your logic is flawed.

Naruto doesn't need the kind of intellect you expect to use TnJ. Naruto needs experience, and he has it... in abundance. He convinced important villains with his TnJ, Both Nagato and Obito had a strong ideology supporting them, they had also a strong will.

Also, there is something even more important than the experience of using TnJ: Naruto already passed through what Sasuke is currently experiencing, meaning that Naruto already holds an answer to counter Sasuke's logic. It was Itachi himself who demonstrated this.
