Naruto's and Sasuke's strongest forms

I believe their strongest forms are the age 19-20 forms, in other words, The Last forms. The reason is, Sasuke was not FULLY used to Rinnegan during VOTE 2. In The Last, he was able to destroy a meteor with chidori. Naruto in The Last could fight separately from Kurama. That's their peak. In Boruto, Naruto seemed so rusty, and Sasuke was not very impressive anymore. So their strongest forms are when they were 20ish before having kids. When you have kids, you become weaker.

I'd say their adult forms, sasukes adult form for sure as he's still been in action(somewhat I guess) naruto, despite being rusty, still seemed a lot more confident and level headed than he was in the end of shippuden and the last(the last not as much as he seemed more "skilled" overall then he was shippuden)

War arc, their fighting skills were pinpoint sharp then. To fight someone who could dematerialize, then fight arguably the greatest uchiha that ever lived, then have to fight the queen of all chakra. No villians they faced after could compare to these three.

Id say vote 2. Just because its when naruto was at his peak. I dont like sasuke however i cant deny his abilitys.
Sasukes abilitys seem to increased after vote two however naruto has yet to use full rsm sense then.

You have a good point actually, if he could still do that as an adult then I'd still say adult but it hasn't been shown so I'd say I have to agree with you

For Naruto it would be VOTE2 until it is shown that adult Naruto can still use full power 9 bijuu RSM with the truth seeking balls. I will admit that 19 year old Naruto did show that he trained and drastically improved his chakara control and his control over Kurama's power (to the point where he could even condense all of BSM's chakara into one arm , fight separately from Kurama , create/throw a yellow rasenshuriken with one arm , and even use a new rocket propulsion rasengan). The Last Naruto certainly had some cool techniques. However , rikudou powers such as truth seeking balls and the ability to simultaneously use multiple bijuus's powers are much superior to some basic chakara control techniques. As for hokage Naruto (not to sound too harsh here, but) he has been fighting like crap! He hardly even uses rasengan anymore! I feel like Naruto is turning into Gohan! #Bring back the epicness of teen Naruto (war arc) and teen Gohan (Cell saga or Buu saga when he got ultimate)!

As for Sasuke , his adult form is his strongest. As an adult , he can make dimensional portals and he has shown shadow clone jutsu as an adult (which means that he could probably make susanoo clones like Madara did).

A weakened, battered and crippled(with Rinnegan rods) base Naruto was able power up a Rasengan that not only destroyed Momoshiki Rinnegan powered up version, but obliterating a shinju stump whilst launching him into ****ing orbit. Imagine the damage a FRS or TBBRS could do with Naruto in his strongest forms as an adult, hes clearly superior to his his teen counterpart even with the nerfs.
