Ok so Naruto and Sasuke are already retarded for letting Oro live and create hundreds of MS clones, but why in the world did they not obliterate him for making these freaky things?

Oro was obviously experimenting with Juubi/Kamui/Sharingan. That's like the ultimate recipe for disaster.

And even now they're still out there. We never saw what happened to them in gaiden.

I think Kishi did some poor writing (even making characters nerfed and dumb) to keep a villain alive in the story. IMO Sasuke wouldn't hesitate to eliminate a threat like this.

They really don't want any trouble they want peace. Sasuke has certainly mellowed but he still wouldn't hesitate to kill if it was a big enough threat he's just more "fair" in his decision. Naruto is even softer than Hashirama which should be impossible, but he is really forgiving, besides after seeing what happened with Kabuto in his DSM state I think Orochimaru may just have stopped being so extreme

Oh no of course not. I think he experimented on Shin before the war but that's a guess. I'm not sure if juubi clone was orochimaru or Shin's doing but it's certainty something the juubi clones seem to need shin to activate them. As they only activated in the presence of his sharingam. I think another sharingam user can hijack them but that's a guess. I doubt Orochimaru can or even would do something drastic. At least as long as Sasuke draws breath lol
