Naruto's Akatsuki Friend

Who is most likely to be Naruto's friend from Akatsuki. I've seen ppl hypothesis that it may be Konan, and Kisame.

I could see Konan being his being bebfriended, but not Kisame.

Kisame worked with Itachi, and this may cause Naruto to never accept him. I don't really see Kisame being the person. What do u think?

Out of those 2 I'd say Kisame without a doubt. He had the opportunity to kill Neji, Lee and Tenten and seemed to pass/not care. He was with Itachi and seemed to align with his ideals also. Could see him supporting madara as well though since they apparently were close.

Where was it said that an Akatsuki will ally with Konoha? I keep hearing rumors without seeing proof.

Eh, Kismae mabye becuase of his connection with Itachi. But then he seems to have a conection with Madara.... Man I don't know.

Could have been Itachi, but though he helped Naruto giving him a power, they never actually became "friends".

Strange possibility: what if Kishi was just playing with words, and he meant Sasuke? This interview was all over the internet long ago we knew Sasuke was joining the Akatsuki.

actually i think it was itachi... he was a member of akatsuki and he gave naruto a power to fight against (probably) sasuke if he attacks konoha (from the conversation naruto had with itachi).

Kisame does seem all chilled all the time.

Remember though, that kisame wasn't really there. he used a technique that had a sacrifice with the exact same skills as him.

He was still in control of the sacrifice by the look of it though... He came off as trying to toy with them and buy time, didn't really seem at all interested in killing or harming any of them despite the opportunity being there.

Konan - She did not want Nagato to go all out in destroying Konoha. She referred to Pein's Yahiko body as Nagato, not Pein. Konan even left Konoha to go back to her village to be next to Nagato. This Concern for her friend is the type of attribute Naruto would identify with. Not Kisame, not at all...

it was itachi he always never really tried to capture naruto when he had the chance and could have any time. he did not even want to give sasori and deidebra naruto's description when pain told him to tell them. and he had been watching naruto for a while to realize he was the only one who could save the village and sasuke at the same time. and that is why he gave him some of his power.
