Nope. Naruto can float because of the SO6P power, not because of Asura's power. There's no evidence Asura was able to fly

Being a reincarnation does not equal possessing their power. This should be cleared up.

Naruto and Sasuke, unlike Hashirama and Madara, possess something like Ashura and Indra themselves after receiving power-ups from Hagoromo.

A couple of chapters ago, we could see that Ashura possessed something like Gudoudama but really big ones and Indra's PS's head is very much the same as Sasuke's one.
