Naruto technically didn't gain the Rikudo's *full* power, because he didn't gain the Rinnegan and he split it with Sausage. Technically his sun seal has also disappeared, so he also does not have it anymore. By comparison, Sasuke still has his Shar-Rinnegan.

You also said he wouldn't have the other bijuus. Twisting your own words, to try and cover up your bullshit.

I donʻt know where you even got the idea that naruto thinks sasuke is stronger than him let alone thinks that sasuke is always stronger than him. Both have been far stronger than the other at some point in the manga. Narutoʻs battle against Kaguya pretty much shows that if anyone has an upperhand coming into this fight, itʻs naruto.

That would be nothing but asspulls. Sasuke has never witnessed other rinnegan techs so I highly doubt he can use them.

To make this short:

A) Hashirama gave Sasuke some jutsu to seal Madara's senjutsu chakra.
B) Senjutsu chakra mostly comes from nature, which means in theory it's all pretty similar to other senjutsu chakra
C) Sasuke has shown incredible versatility in adapting other jutsu before (Amaterasu, Chidori, Evil Sealing technique, Rock Lee's jutsu, etc.)
D) It isn't much of a stretch that he'll cancel Naruto's SM
E) Sasuke can put the TB under genjutsu now. So he can probably control Naruto's kyuubi chakra as well, meaning he can cancel SM
F) Sasuke may be able to control TB chakra altogether (seems Sage was able to create the TB to begin with using similar power)

If Sasuke has full Rinnegan powers now, he can probably use Rinbo, Meteor technique and Madara's other techs. Maybe he can also use Creation / Destruction of all things, Plantary Devastation, Almighty Push, Universal Pull, etc.

In this sense, I think Sasuke has a legitimate 50% chance of winning the fight. We also saw their hand marks fade, so perhaps Naruto lost the sun seal altogether?

My final thoughts:

Sasuke is not evil at this point, he just has a legitimate philosophical difference with Naruto.

Not really buying this. I think it's safe to as sasuke has all or most of pains techs since he used chibaku tensei but I doubt he has limbo that was a technique unique to Madara. Also naruto has SO6P senjutsu not sure if sauce can absorb that.

This would only work assuming that Hashirama's Binding > The Sage of Six Paths. Clearly not, because Hashirama's technique was made for Madara, not for Rikudou Madara. Henceforth, point discarded.

Naruto may actually lose to Sasuke

Most of the war arc has had an overarching plot about the older generation handing things over to the new generation. Naruto has now doubled down on the past and said he wants to continue things the way they are. He wants to protect the TB and unite the world through some hippie love and peace crap. Sasuke's plan is more realistic (IMO).

He says hate will always exist in the world, but it can at least be centered on one person or idea. He says that love and peace cannot unite the world, and so far in the NV's history -- they haven't. He calls the world the Sage created a failure -- and so far it has been. 4 world wars. Humankind on the brink of extinction due to its own greed and hate. The TB reduced to mere weapons used by the nations. Fact is Madara was right. Even the Sage said in the end I may have been wrong. Even Hashirama said Maybe Madara foresaw all this, maybe the village was a contradiction.

Here's my take, Kishimoto is going to have both Sasuke and Nardo become Hokage. Naruto has half the answer in the sense he wants to unite the world, but Sasuke has the other half in that he sees that the current system really needs to change, or else history will merely repeat itself. The complete answer (I think) Kishi is going for is that mankind needs to decide to change the world together, after being united. But simply uniting the world alone isn't the answer. Love and peace do not change the world, not in reality.

Naruto may actually be defeated unless he comes around to the idea that the Ninja system needs to change. My 2 cents Kishimoto clearly has a message for Japanese society in this manga. I doubt that message is "Yeah the system of the past actually works really well".
