1. Minato and Tobirama. FTG's utility is insane, not to even mention its sheer power
2. Naruto. Can use Nature Chakra and is the strongest of the alliance in his chakra bursts (Bijuu Mode).
3. Sasuke. Intelligent and has the highest longevity in the fight given Susanoo. Also probably has an idea to attempt to harness Nature Chakra. If he gains Nature Chakra through Kirin, he shoots up to #1 in my book.
