Guests cannot post. And sometimes when a new section/sub forum is made by the admins, it gets the thank you button on all posts made. Its a minor glitch and its fixed now from what I can see.
It appears like a guest have posted when an account is deleted, that's why we usually don't delete accounts. However it happens from time to time for different reasons.
