[Suggestion] Narutobase tells me that i have a virus?

When i was always go on Narutobase with my android phone a message pops up and states that Narutobase says that a virus is effecting my android. On no other website other than NB it states this. If i had a virus on my android the same message would occur on every website that i go onto so it can't be my phone. So this can either be spam or a pop up that can lead to a virus if you press ok. I always press cancel when the message comes up.
