Kooji: Hey, doc!

 

[Souji]

Garrett: Hello, you two! Glad to be back. *he's looking exhausted as usual, but puts on a smile as he sits at his usual table*

Kallen laughs. "I guess it's nap time for Garrett again."

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji sits across to Garrett "Hey, so how much longer do you think I'll need these?"

 

[Souji]

Garrett: *he looks at Kallen with an indignant look, then turns to Kooji* ...well, indefinitely.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji's face sinks into a grave expression "Indefinitely?"

 

[Souji]

Garrett: Unless you want to suffer permanent blindness, then yes. Your eyes are too sensitive to light after the sealing. Right now we don't have enough data to really say for sure.

Kallen overhears what Garrett says and sighs.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji slumps down in his seat, putting his head in his hands

Kallen looks over at Kooji. She wanted to say something that could cheer him up but didn't know what to say.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji: Isn't there anything you could give me to help along the healing process?

 

[Souji]

Garrett: -sigh- I apologize. But then again... it could have been much worse...

Kallen finishes her water then walks outside.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji: Yeah...your right....*he stands up and goes to the bar, ordering several highly alcoholic drink*

Kallen looks up at the sky and smiles. "It really is a beautiful day."

 

[Souji]

Garrett: ... you just went through a procedure, Kooji... lay off the alcohol for a few days.

Kallen sits outside looking up at the clouds. She lifts her arm up and uses it to shield her eyes a bit from the sunlight.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji slams his fist down on the counter and drags it along the length of it, sweeping off all the glasses, crashing to the floor

Kallen hears the glasses crash and jumps straight up. "What was that?"
