Garrett puts on his glasses and pulls out his miniature notebook, taking a deep breath.

"Kooji... I did some research into your false Rinnegan. Apparently, because of your eye structure and chakra flow... The false Rinnegan amplifies your Sharingan's Jutsu... Basically, even if you don't have your false Rinnegan active, it's effects "bleed over", in a sense, to your Sharingan.

When I was observing you and Kallen while you were both under the genjutsu, my Byakugan noticed that Kallen's chakra points that were centered in her brain/ head area were... Irregular. As if... They were closing, getting sealed. We know that genjutsu merely disrupts chakra; I've never seen a genjutsu of your caliber before.

My theory is this... Because of your circumstance and ability, it was because of this that Kallen suffered her symptoms today... Her inner balance is thrown off... And that's an understatement."

Garrett looks at Kooji with a dead serious look. He speaks concisely and emphasizes the importance of his words.

"Kooji, you must listen to me. If you keep doing you're doing with Kallen, I've hypothesized that her Chakra points will get sealed... Effects can range from memory loss, a permanent state of genjutsu... Or at the worst, death."

"You cannot do this anymore... Please, you have to understand. Kallen has some damage that isn't irreversible, but you must give me time to research a proper treatment..."

"I tried to use my abilities for love instead of power...the Uchiha are power, not love.

Kallen lays her head on Kooji's shoulder. "Hey..."

Kooji: Hey, love *he pokes her cheek*

Kallen smiles and pokes him back in the cheek. ^-^

Kooji reaches in his pocket and pulls out the pouch with the meds in it and stares at it

"Do I have to take one again?" she asks.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji sighs "Yeah..." he reaches into the bag and takes one out and hands it to her

Kallen takes the pill, swallows it, and moves away just in case she ends up breathing fire or whatever she might do that accidentally hurts Kooji.

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji: Where are you going?

"If I end up using my powers out of nowhere, I'd prefer not to accidentally hurt anyone..."

 

[Souji]

---------- In the Medical Academy ----------

Garrett: *he's sweating profusely and has seal markings on his hands, and a circle around him. He slams his palms into a sample of Kooji and Kallen's chakra and blood. The reaction is that the chakra is suppressed, but only temporarily. Garrett is thrown back and hits the wall from the minor explosion*

Assistant: Garrett-sensei, seals aren't effective at this point. Kallen's chakra is too unstable and strong... Kooji's false Rinnegan adapts to every scenario we've run through...

Garrett: *he gets up* hm. Then it seems we'll have to try this. Byakugan! *he activates his eyes, but he looks tired, frustrated, and a little hopeless

Assistant: Sensei, let me assist you! *she runs over to help him up*

Garrett: come... -cough- let's try this...

*they continue working into the afternoon*

Kooji scoots over next to Kallen "Letting this come between us hurts more than anything that could physically happen"

Kalldn looks up at the ceiling as frost starts to surround her body. She doesn't feel cold but when she reaches for her tea, it freezes when she touches it. "Oh!"

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

The frost creeps over Kooji's body as he wraps his arms around her

Kallen panics and pulls away from him. "You'll freeze doing that!"

 

[Uchiha Kooji]

Kooji: It-t-ts w-worth it-t-t *brrr*

Kallen sighs as she tries concentrating on her powers so that instead of being freezing cold, she's warm again and the frost on both of them disappears. "There..." She smiles, feeling glad that she could control her powers for once, and hugs Kooji.
