Narutobase Taijutsu is basically a more complex taijutsu using different chakras to have different effects onto your opponents. In some cases one would channel a certain chakra into their hand/feet, and attack an opponent with said appendage, and usually a negative effect would go unto them. It was made by Zenryoku, a moderator of Narutobase, and is very hard to earn on this website compared to some other prizes.
Hard to earn and yet hardly ever used...
I wonder why that is?
I don't know exactly how proficient you are and, honestly, it doesn't really matter. With K'Tai fighting smartly is what it's about, unless you have some super cool buff that will let you fight stupidly.
Like you said; K'Tai usually utilizes chakra, which means that you can't use it while you use Ninjutsu, which means you have to choose.
Huge-ass dragon of X element or a chakra-enhanced punch? Huh, I guess now I know why people don't use K'Tai all that much.
Using Taijutsu means getting in close, which means less reaction time when you opponent tries to skewer you with something. You need to be fast and you need to be on your toes. To most it's just not worth the bother.
BUT (and there's a but)
Taijutsu is also a hugely effective way to pressure your opponent. Turn the tides. Go on the offensive. People don't often except a direct approach like the one Taijutsu requires, so it
can put them off balance. Learn to use that and you'll have a great advantage against many opponents.
I'd like for you to make some generalized statements about K'Tai. Which of the techniques appeal to you and why? Which don't and why?
