Just visit the website regularly, even if an app was created it would require an internet connection either way.

It has been suggested before and turned down before. It would cost money to create, get developed, get approved for sale(free or not free) and even after all of that there is no guaranteeing that apple or droid would approve it for sale on their phones and in their markets.

It would be cool if NB would have an app, but it isn't really needed. You can just, go to the Browser and search for NarutoBase.
Also, this suggestion has been declined by the Staff before.
